nationally declared disaster area. It
authorizes the Georgia General Assembly by general law to provide for
the eligibility, procedures for obtaining, and all other matters regarding
such temporary tax relief. It amends
Article VII, Section I, Paragraph III of
the Georgia Constitution by revising
the current text of subparagraph (a)
and adding a new subparagraph (h).

SEIZURE
Notice is hereby given of seizure
of ONE THOUSAND NIENTY-ONE
DOLLARS ($1,091.00) IN UNITED

STATES CURRENCY AND COCAINE; on OCTOBER 7, 2022, at
PERRY ST. AT E 8TH ST., BURKE
COUNTY, WAYNESBORO, GEORGIA by members of the BURKE
COUNTY SHERIFFÊS OFFICE.
The seized property was directly
or indirectly used or intended for
use to facilitate Possession of
Cocaine with Intent to Distribute
in violation of O.C.G.GA 16-13-30
and/or is proceeds derived or realized therefrom and/or was found in
close proximity to Cocaine and/or
other property which is subject to
forfeiture pursuant to the provisions
O.C.G.A. §9-16-11.
Any owner or interest holder may file
a claim within 30 days after receipt
of this notice or, when notice is
provided by publication, within 30
days after the second publication,
whichever comes last. Claim must
be submitted in the manner required
by law to Jared T. Williams, District
Attorney, Augusta Judicial Circuit,
735 James Brown Boulevard, Suite
2400, Augusta, Georgia 30901
by certified mail, return receipt
requested or statutory overnight
delivery. Any such claim shall be
signed by the owner or interest
