Waynesboro Primary celebrates Dr. Seuss’s Birthday

Dr. Seuss creatures cavorted through the halls of Waynesboro Primary School on March 1 in celebration of famed children’s author Dr. Seuss’s birthday. Paraprofessionals and various WPS employees each dressed like storybook characters and paraded through the school to the delight of the students. Then, each classroom was read to by one of the characters. “Each year the paraprofessionals at WPS get more and more creative with their costumes. Seeing the expressions on the children’s faces is priceless,” said Amy J. Nunnally, BCPS Public Information Officer.
