Dr. Marion DeVeaux Cotten, of Waynesboro, passed away at his home Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, after a short illness. Dr. Cotten was born November 11, 1927 in Charleston, S.C., and graduated from the College of Charleston in 1948.
