Deputies have arrested a woman accused of aiding her boyfriend in an armed hold-up.

Patty Eleane Oglesby, 47, was taken into custody last Wednesday - one day after a Keysville man reported that she and her boyfriend, Ronald Henry Davis, 26, offered him a ride, then ordered him out of their car and robbed him at gunpoint.

According to a report filed at the Burke County Sheriff's Office on August 19, officers spotted the couple near their Pine Top Road home and chased them to their residence where Davis climbed out of a window and fled into the woods.

Investigators found Oglesby's purse in a shed outside, along with four medicine bottles full of prescription drugs. According to the report, none of the prescriptions had been written for her or Davis.

Oglesby was charged with armed robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of Alprazolam with the intent to distribute, possession of Carisoprodol with the intent to distribute, possession of Hydrocodone with the intent to distribute and possession of Oxycodone with the intent to distribute.

Davis has been missing since last Wednesday but was heard from on Monday.

According to Sgt. Dan Lowe, Davis allegedly called the armed robbery victim and told him he'd "better drop the charges."

Anyone with information on Davis' whereabouts is asked to call investigators at 706-554- 2133.
