Client council

The Burke County Georgia Client Council will meet 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, at the Forest Ridge meeting room.

All members are asked to attend.

Diabetic course

A free diabetic course will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4, at Burke Medical Center.

Space is limited. Call the dietary department at 706-554- 4435 to sign up.

Those attending are encouraged to bring a partner or person who handles their food preparation.

Class reunion

Members of the 1954, 1955 and 1956 graduating classes of S.G.A. High School will celebrate their class reunions at Our Family Café in Sardis at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25.
