The following arrests and citations were reported by the Waynesboro Police Department for the past week:

Wednesday, April 16

• Anthony Alexander Cummings, 29, of 491 Clarks Place Road, Waynesboro, was arrested for battery and two counts of cruelty to the children in the third degree. A $3,900 property bond was posted.

Saturday, April 19

• Pinkie Bunyon, 50, of 734 Savannah Ave., Waynesboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Sunday, April 20

• Fair Brown Patterson, 51, of 120 Cain St., Waynesboro, was arrested for failure to report an accident with injury/death/damage.

• Robert Lee Conner Jr., 19, of Lot 837 Hwy. 25 North, Waynesboro, was arrested for battery and cruelty to children in the third degree (Family Violence Act). A $2,600 property bond was posted.

Tuesday, April 22

• Michael Edward Mickens Jr., 22, of 4042 Hwy. 25 North, Hephzibah, was arrested for aggravated stalking.

• Bobbie Lee Phillips, 59, of 2474 Hwy. 56, Midville, was arrested for DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Thursday, April 24

• Walter Anthony Bell, 43, of 1025 Clarks Place Road, Waynesboro, was arrested on a warrant.

• Ashley Nicole Young, 21, of 1202 Hale St., Waynesboro, was arrested for probation violation.

Friday, April 25

• Laron Demetrice Gilbert, 22, of 1217 Saxon Road, Waynesboro, was arrested for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), possession and use of a drug related object, operation of an unregistered or unlicensed vehicle and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

• Melisa Dawn Dixon, 30 of Girard, was arrested on a county warrant for theft by taking.

• Lamont Sharrod McWhorter, 31, of 137 Anns Way, Waynesboro, was arrested for speeding in excess of maximum limits over 25 and no driver's license.

• Willie Moore III, 27, of 701 Briarwood Drive, 706-A, Waynesboro, was arrested for probation violation.

Sunday, April 27

• Gerrell Lavoris Peterson, 21, of 928 Quaker Road Drive, Waynesboro, was arrested for probation violation.

• Georgeann Marie Nixon, 24, of 829 Martin Luther King Blvd., Waynesboro, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license (second offense).
