McDonald's Burglar Waynesboro police nabbed a burglar at McDonalds Thursday morning. After receiving a tip just before 4 a.m., they found Ricardo Webb trying to sneak out a backdoor as they came in. They believe he'd been hiding in a bathroom. Police seized his backpack which contained a gun, pliers and other tools used for breaking and entering. He is a suspect in at least one other burglary.
