Give me an 'R'!

Local Relay for Life teams gave youngsters something to cheer about recently. The Waynesboro Primary School and Antioch Rock Creek Baptist Church teams sponsored a cheer clinic March 15 to raise money for their American Cancer Society's annual campaign. The Burke County Middle School cheerleaders spent the day teaching cheers and demonstrating techniques to around 30 young participants at the clinic. The squad is coached by Casey Flakes.
