Ice cream lovers now have a good excuse to grab a spoon and dig in. Every time they pick up a carton of Blue Bell Creameries' newest flavor, Centennial Cupcake, they'll be helping the 4-H Club. Blue Bell created the flavor to celebrate more than 100 years of youth development through 4-H and will donate a portion of the sales to promote 4-H educational programs. Centennial Cupcake features cake batter ice cream with chunks of yellow cake, a chocolate icing swirl and four-leaf clover sprinkles. It may be purchased locally at Harveys Supermarkets and Bi-Lo. The carton stands out with a large 4-H emblem and a picture of youth in 4-H attire. Above, Burke County 4-Hers Chaz Williams, 13, his brother Deon, 16, and Nathan Josey, 12, try out the new Centennial Cupcake flavor.
