Franklin Covenant

Franklin Covenant Baptist Church will celebrate its 160th church anniversary 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 6.

The Rev. Chavas Boyd and members of Bark Camp Baptist Church will be in charge of services.

Women's conference

Haven-Munnerlyn and Asbury United Methodist churches will hold their second annual women's conference Friday-Saturday, April 11-12.

Friday's service will begin 7:30 p.m. at Haven-Munnerlyn. The Rev. Dr. Brenda Colbert of Calvary Evangelistic Church will be speaker. Saturday's service will be 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at Asbury. The Rev. Dr. Gwendolyn Smith of Hudson Memorial CME Church will be speaker.

The theme for the conference is "Women on the Move for God. Wanted: Spiritually Empowered Women."

Workshops will be held and lunch and the forum will follow.

Haven-Munnerlyn

Methodist

Haven-Munnerlyn United Methodist Church will hold a free clothes giveaway 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at 849 Barron St., Waynesboro.

All are welcome.

Metropolitan

Metropolitan Baptist Church will hold its Men and Women Day program 11 a.m. Sunday, April 6.

The Rev. Dolly Frazier-Jones will be guest speaker.

Thomas Grove Baptist Church will hold annual spring revival services Monday-Friday, April 7-11, at 7:30 nightly.

The Rev. Dr. Sam Davis, pastor of Beulah Grove, will be guest pastor for the week.

McKinnie Branch Baptist Church will hold a three-night revival Wednesday-Friday, April 16- 18, at 7:30 nightly.

The Rev. Beotis Clark, pastor of Jerusalem Baptist in Augusta, will be guest minister.

Noah's Ark

Noah's Ark Missionary Baptist Church will hold a Women's Day celebration 7 p.m. Friday, April 4; 8:30 a.m. Saturday, April 5; and 11 a.m. Sunday, April 6.

Conference facilitators will be the Rev. Brendolyn Jenkins and Sonja Andrews.

Red Hill

Red Hill Baptist Church will hold its annual Men and Women's Day 11 a.m. Sunday, April 6.

Waynesboro Deliverance

In celebration of 30 years, Waynesboro Deliverance Church will have several guest speakers and special events over the next few weeks.

Speakers include Ronnie Bell, pastor of Carolina Deliverance, 5 p.m. Sunday, April 6; Anthony Martin, pastor of Life Deliverance, 6 p.m. Sunday, April 13; Bob Bell of Victory Deliverance, 5 p.m. Sunday, April 20; and Willie Farmer, pastor of Changing Lives for Christ, 5 p.m. Sunday, April 27.

Mount Tabor

Mount Tabor AME Church will hold a revival 7 p.m. Friday, April 11 to celebrate Women's Day.

Rubye Rucker of Brown Grove Baptist Church in Keysville will be guest pastor.

Music will be provided by Singers called "Chosen."

Also, Women's Day will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 13.
