What goes in…
Local youngsters laughed hysterically as they learned what does a body good last week. Professional actors playing the parts of Janey Junkfood and her coach on the National Junior Juggling Team used magic, music and, of course, juggling, as they taught the importance of eating right, physical activity and making good decisions in a world of soft drinks, fast food and deceptive marketing. Students at Waynesboro Primary, Blakeney Elementary and S.G.A. Elementary schools all caught a performance by the Food Play Productions, which was developed to combat obesity among America's youth. At left, Janey Junkfood juggles cartons of fruit juice. Above, children' eyes are glued to the stage as they watch every move Janey makes.
