Mr. Bobby Joe Gray

Mr. Bobby Joe Gray, 62, of Blythe, Ga.entered into rest Saturday,

March 22, 2008, at Trinity Hospital.

Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Monday,

March 24, at

Blythe Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Cole and the Rev. Richard Dendler officiating.

Family and friends were asked to assemble at the grave.

Joe was born in Richmond County to James M. Gray Sr. and the late Lizzie Jane Parker Gray.

He had served in the U. S. Army for three years and later worked at Fort Gordon as an exterminator.

The family received friends Sunday, March 23, from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home in Hephzibah.

Additional family members include a sister, Betty J. Broome (Vernon) of Blythe; three nephews, Vernon W. Broome III, James M. Gray III and David L. Gray; a great nephew and four great nieces.

Joe was preceded in death by a brother, James M. Gray Jr.
