A little jingle…
The Waynesboro Exchange Club worked to make the holidays brighter by bringing cheer to many local families. Members raised $380 for the Salvation Army by ringing the bell in front of the Waynesboro Wal-Mart. They also hosted more than 40 adults from the Burke County Service Center for a Christmas luncheon and party, where Santa Claus made a surprise visit. Above, Santa (Burke County Sheriff Greg Coursey) carefully listens to the wish list of a client at the service center. After hearing from each one, Santa handed out presents and gift cards donated by Wal-Mart.
