      After an examination by the District Attorney's office, the case involving the death of infant Kenyoun Tyrekee Mack will remain dismissed. According to Solicitor General Jackson E. Cox, the charges against the infant's mother, Tia Walker, were dropped because there was no reason to prosecute.
