The grand jury has indicted a Waynesboro man for raping a mentally disabled woman. "True bills" were returned on defendant Garry Mitchell for felony counts of rape, aggravated sodomy and burglary. Brevard Fries Jr., 55, died Monday afternoon, about eight hours after he slammed into an A&W Oil tanker truck near Lake Crystal Drive.
