Crosses lined Liberty Street to honor local heroes who fought for freedom, and citizens gathered to reflect upon their loved ones. H. Ray Martin, 61, of 11 Ruth Lane, Mill Hall, Pa., and formerly of Waynesboro, Ga., passed away, Monday, May 19, 2008, at the Lock Haven Hospital, Lock Haven, Pennsylvania.
