City, county, chamber will go online together
      City, county and chamber officials have an online date set for this summer. That's when the three agencies will merge together on one Web site, trimming manpower and tax dollars as they go.

Youth of the Month
     The Waynesboro Exchange Club welcomed seniors from Edmund Burke Academy and Burke County High School over the last weeks to share with club members their accomplishments in school as well as in the community. Each student received the club's Youth of the Month award and will be eligible to receive one of the two $1,500 scholarships for Youth of the Year awarded by the club annually. Burke Happenings
      Easter egg hunt The Burke County Library will hold an Easter egg hunt 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 21. The hunt is open to all children up to age 9. Diabetic teaching A free diabetic teaching class will be held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, at Burke Medical Center.
