Miss Malarkey to wed Mr. Cobb
      Carla Cobb announces the engagement of her son, Bobby Eugene Cobb of Waynesboro, to Sheila Marie Malarkey. The groomelect is also the son of the late William "Wesley" Cobb III. The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, 2007, at Rosemont Heights Baptist Church in Waynesboro.
