The following arrests and citations were reported last week by the Waynesboro Police Department:

Monday, Oct. 8

• Keith Fitzgerald Robinson, 24, of 553 East Seventh St., Waynesboro, was arrested for terroristic threats and acts (Family Violence Act).

Tuesday, Oct. 9

• Georgeann Marie Nixon, 23, of 704-A Briarwood Drive, Waynesboro, was arrested for theft by taking (firearm). A $5,900 property bond was posted.

• Sharonda Azalea Herndon, 25, of 556 Savannah Ave., Waynesboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct and interference with police.

Friday, Oct. 12

• A 16-year-old Waynesboro teen was charged with failure to yield and no driver's license.

Burke County Sheriff

The following arrests and citations were reported last week by the Burke County Sheriff's Office:

Sunday, Oct. 7

• Keith Leon Newton, 21, of 2155 Woodside St., Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Monday, Oct. 8

• Elijah Williams, 56, of Girard, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol for DUI, driving with a revoked or suspended license, no driver's license on person, giving a false name, address or date of birth to a law enforcement officer, no tag, violation of the Georgia Seatbelt Law and probation violation.

• Faloneshia Laeda McBride, 25, of 121 Pecan Grove Road, Waynesboro, was arrested for theft by conversion (felony). A $5,900 property bond was posted.

Wednesday, Oct. 10

• Jamie Carderal Lewis, 20, of 420 East Boundary, Augusta, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, driving while unlicensed and improper passing. A $6,650 property bond was posted.

• Vernon Dwayne Gay, 47, of 333 Church St., Blythe, was arrested for no proof of insurance, expired tag and affixing a tag to conceal identity of a vehicle.

Thursday, Oct. 11

• Johnny Morgan Lowe, 44, of 381 Perkins Road, Hephzibah, was arrested for aggravated assault. An $11,650 property bond was posted.

Friday, Oct. 12

• Carl McGregor Bargeron, 54, of 10252 Hwy. 24 South, Sardis, was arrested for aggravated assault, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property in the second degree (Family Violence Act). A $23,675 property bond was posted.

Saturday, Oct. 13

• Taquilla Evette Brigham, 26, of 437 Long Road, Girard, was arrested for robbery and simple battery. A $12,950 property bond was posted.

Sunday, Oct. 14

• James Gregory Black, 37, of 2419 Southdale Drive, Hephzibah, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol for DUI and driving too fast for conditions.

• Thomas Ray Knox, 56, of 180 Claxton Road, Girard, was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon. A $1,300 propety bond was posted.
