Smith joins Ogeechee's board of directors
 | | Reesa Smith was recently chosen to represent Burke County on the Ogeechee Behavioral Health Services Board of Directors. Smith, who had a licensed daycare center in her home for 24 years, says she "wants to give back" to the community. Ogeechee provides mental health, addictive disease and developmental disabilities services to citizens in Burke, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins and Screven counties. Other board members include Aggie Blalock, chairman, Screven County; John Neighbors, Emanuel County; Donald Kent, Glascock County; Carolyn Huntley, Jefferson County; and Wilhemena Scoggins, Jenkins County.
