The following arrests and citations were reported last week by the Waynesboro Police Department:

Tuesday, Sept. 25

• Tarwane Dwyon Heath, 28, of 231 Butler Blvd., Waynesboro, was arrested for no driver's license, no insurance and operating an unregistered or unlicensed vehicle.

Tuesday, Oct. 2

• Angel Lee Spivey, of 815 Manderson Circle, Hephzibah, was arrested for shoplifting.

• Willie Williams Jr., 25, of 812 Perry St., Waynesboro, was arrested on a Richmond County probation warrant.

• Freddie Lee Brown, 45, of 208 Pecan Grove Drive, Waynesboro, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license (first offense).

Wednesday, Oct. 3

• Sherrod Lydon Toby, 45, of 2394 Richwood Drive, Augusta, was arrested for forgery in the first degree. A $5,900 property bond was posted.

Thursday, Oct. 4

• Alex Roosevelt Bellamy Jr., 22, of 132 Esther Drive, Waynesboro, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license (second offense).

Burke County Sheriff

The following arrests and citations were reported last week by the Burke County Sheriff's Office:

Monday, Oct. 1

• Dyann Lewis, 54, of 301 Linda Lane, Waynesboro, was arrested for theft by deception. A $1,300 property bond was posted.

Wednesday, Oct. 3

• Amanda Louise Gates, 17, of 215 Moxleyville Road, Blythe, was arrested for aggravated assault and possession of a knife during the commission of a crime (Family Violence Act). An $11,800 property bond was posted.

• Luke Bunyon Jr., 29, of 5256 Hwy. 56, Lot E, Waynesboro, was arrested for interference with property of public utilities, criminal trespass and stalking.

• Mason Lee Carey, 21, of 156 Shell Bluff Landing Road, Waynesboro, was arrested for aggravated stalking.

• Bruce Dwayne Givens, 40, of 2323 Seven Oaks Road, Waynesboro, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license and speeding (71 mph in a 55 mph zone). A $1,675 property bond was posted.

• Tisha Danillie Hendrix, 24, of 712 Old Waynesboro Road, Waynesboro, was arrested for harassing phone calls. A $1,300 property bond was posted.

Friday, Oct. 5

• Roosevelt Aykee Walker, 26, of 120 Gregg Ave., Aiken, S.C., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol for DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license and violation of tail light requirements. A $2,975 property bond was posted.

• Oshikoya Neeoshi Harris, 27, of 10062 Hwy. 23 South, Apt. 3, Girard, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol for driving with a suspended or revoked license and no proof of insurance. A $2,312.50 property bond was posted.

• David Michael Morris, 27, of 166 Post Oak Road, Waynesboro, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol for DUI and failure to maintain lane. A $1,675 property bond was posted.

Saturday, Oct. 6

• Faith Maria Hyatt, 46, of 1453 Springhill Church Road, Hephzibah, was arrested for obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer. A $1,300 property bond was posted.

• Kevin Leon Newton, 21, of 2155 Woodside St., Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested for disorderly conduct.
