Waynesboro Police

The following arrests and citations were reported last week by the Waynesboro Police Department:

Sunday, Sept. 16

• Edwina Bostick Chance, 52, of 690East 7th St., Waynesboro, was arrested for DUI, drving with a suspended or revoked license, failure to stop at a stop sign, no insurance and operating an unregistered or unlicensed vehicle.

• John Willie Briggs, 45, of 874 Martin Luther King Drive, Waynesboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct and on a probation warrant.

• Kellyn Amanda Bonnell, 21, of 124 Lake Bluff Drive, Waynesboro, was arrested for DUI and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Tuesday, Sept. 18

• Thomas Wesley Wright III, 25, of 521 East 8th St., Waynesboro, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license (first offense).

Wednesday, Sept. 19

• Sarah Elizabeth Schetgen, 67, of 2526 Milledgeville Road, Augusta, was arrested for DUI (third offense) and failure to maintain lane.

• Betty Jean Ward, 49, of 714 Cates Ave., Waynesboro, was arrested for shoplifting.

Thursday, Sept. 20

• Charles Edward Hankerson, 38, of 218 Green Cut, Waynesboro, was arrested for failure to stop at a stop sign and on a Richmond County probation warrant.

Sunday, Sept. 23

• Tonia Lynette Sherman, 40, of 1005 Fuller St., Waynesboro, was arrested for probation violation.
