Mrs. Joy Sizemore Joy Sizemore, 79, beloved wife of the late Claud Sizemore, of Hephzibah entered into rest early Friday morning, Sept. 14, 2007, at her home. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, in the chapel of DeLoach-Kennedy Funeral Home, Hephzibah. The Rev. Terrence McLaughlin officiated. Interment followed at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. She was born Aug. 31, 1928 in Lansing, Mich., to the late Royal Bodary and Ottice Noaker Bodary. She is survived by her children, Melvin Kohli (Paula) of Hephzibah, Dawn Walden (John) of Madison, Ala., and Donald Kohli; her brother, Sparky Bodary (Norma) of Foley, Ala.; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family received friends from 7- 9 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16, at the funeral home. Pallbearers were Buddy Crumpler, Don Beasley, Norman King, Jamie McGinnis, Sgt. Donny Beasley, and Rick Arrington. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Trinity Hospital of Augusta (Hospice), 2260 Wrightsboro Road, Augusta, GA 30904 (ATTN: Amy Engler).
