I'Tiyana Cooper

I'Tiyana Cooper was crowned winner of the Phillip Grove Baptist Church baby/toddler contest held recently.

She is the 8-month-old daughter of Ike Cooper and Shawnte' Butler.

She was sponsored by Youth Christian Ministry members Cedric Kent Jr. and Fedrian Soriano.
