Clarification

In the Aug. 22 edition of The True Citizen, it was reported that Michael Todd Boswell, 25, was arrested for computer pornography and child exploitation. At the time, GBI agents said the charge was related to the possession of child pornography. Since then, Gary Nicholson, special agent in charge of the Thomson GBI office said that while the code under which Boswell was arrested "encompasses child pornography," he cannot specifically say that child pornography was found on his computer. "The forensic examination is still underway," he said.
