Forest Hill

Forest Hill Missionary Baptist Church will hold annual revival services Monday-Friday, Aug. 6-10, at 7:30 nightly.

The Rev. William Patterson will be guest minister.

The follow churches are in charge each night: Monday, Aug. 6 - First Baptist, Noah's Ark, Watkinsville, Blount Chapel and Forest Hill; Tuesday, Aug. 7 - Thomas Grove, Second Bynes Grove, Thankful, Second Antioch and Mt. Zion AME; Wednesday, Aug. 8 - Williams Grove, St. Clair, First Bynes Grove and Franklin Covenant; Thursday, Aug. 9 - Rock Creek, Barrett Grove, Metropolitan, Portersville and Thompson Bridge; and Friday, Aug. 10 - Bryant Grove, Beechwood, Walker Grove and McCullough Covenant.

The Rev. Sylvester Nabritt is pastor.

Ward Grove

Ward Grove Baptist Church will continue revival services through Friday, Aug. 3, at 7:30 nightly.

The Rev. Benjamin Ryans, pastor of Sweet Water Baptist Church in Barnwell, S.C., will be guest minister.

All churches are invited.

The Rev. Judson Scott Sr. is pastor.

Second Springfield

Second Springfield Baptist Church will celebrate the fourth anniversary of its pastor, the Rev. Willie Givens and his wife, Barbara, Sunday, Aug. 5.

Sunday School will begin 10 a.m. followed by worship service at 11.

Antonio Jackson of Friendly Church of God in Christ in Augusta will deliver the message. The public is invited.

Beech Branch

Beech Branch Baptist Church will hold annual revival services Monday-Friday, Aug. 6-10, at 7:30 nightly.

The Rev. Jerry Smith, pastor of Palmer Grove Baptist Church, will be guest minister.

Invited churches include, Monday, Aug. 6 - Sardis First Baptist, Mills Grove, Second McCanaan and St. John; Tuesday, Aug. 7 - Thompson Bridge, Pleasant Grove AME, Bethlehem and Smith Chapel AME; Wednesday, Aug. 8 - First McCanaan, Givens Grove, St. Mary and Dalton; Thursday, Aug. 9 - Oak Grove, Red Hill, Lovett Hill and Jobe Spring; and Friday, Aug. 10 - New Springfield, Cochran Grove and Palmer Grove.

Churches may attend the night of their choice.

Noah's Ark

Noah's Ark Missionary Baptist Church will continue revival services through Friday, Aug. 3, at 7 nightly.

The theme is "Reclaiming a Life of Faith."

Guest speakers include the Revs. Stevie Berry of New Exodus Baptist Church in Augusta and T. C. Edwards of Friendship Baptist Church in Aiken, S.C.

Roberson Grove

Roberson Grove Missionary Baptist Church will hold annual revival services Monday-Friday, Aug. 6-10, at 7:30 nightly.

Guest ministers include the Rev. Milton Rollins, pastor of Union Baptist Church in Milledgeville, and the Rev. Robert Ramsey, pastor of Gospel Water Branch Baptist Church in Evans.

Invited churches include, Monday, Aug. 6 - Third Chapel, Bell Grove, Ward Grove, Barrett Grove, Jones Grove, Watkinsville and Green Grove AME; Tuesday, Aug. 7 - Pine Hill, First Bynes Grove, Ebenezer, Blount Hill, First Baptist and Thomas Grove; Wednesday, Aug. 8 - Beechwood, William Grove, Peel Grove, Thompson Bridge, St. Clair, Blount Chapel and Mills Grove; Thursday, Aug. 9 - Second Bynes Grove, Red Hill, Phillip Grove, McElmurray, Thankful and Bryant Grove; and Friday, Aug. 10 - Rock Creek, Noah's Ark, Mays Grove, Adams Grove, Metropolitan, McCullough Covenant and New Hope.

Dickey Grove

Dickey Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Screven County will hold revival services Monday-Friday, Aug. 6-10, at 7:30 nightly. The event will end with a celebration of the church's 94th anniversary on Aug. 12.

Guest minister for the week will be the Rev. Herman Bing of Augusta.

The public is invited.

McKinnie Branch

McKinnie Branch Baptist Church will hold its annual Family Fun Day 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sat- urday, Aug. 4.

Activities include water slides, train and hay rides, a dunking booth and many more.

The public is invited.

Watkinsville

Watkinsville Baptist Church will hold Student Appreciation Day Sunday, Aug. 5.

Sunday School will begin 8 a.m. followed by worship service at 9.

Those being honored include Christopher Brown, Crystal Brown, Kendrick Bonner, Dedrick Gilchrist, Shakara Harden, Chaddrick Parrish, Shenaria Powell, Cedrick Richardson, Ezekial Richardson, Danielle Sparks and Quinisha Thomas.

Peter Sparks, pastor, will deliver the message.

Also, at noon on Saturday, Aug. 4, the church will hold a workshop - The Church Covenant.

The public is invited to both events.

Gray's Grove

Gray's Grove Baptist Church will hold summer revival services Monday-Wednesday, Aug. 6-8, at 7:30 nightly.

The Rev. Christopher Chance of Wadesboro, N.C., will be guest minister.

The public is invited.

Truevine

Truevine Outreach Ministry will hold a baby contest during regular services 11 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, at Roberson Grove Baptist Church.

James Kirkland will deliver the message.

Red Hill

Red Hill Baptist Church will continue revival services through Friday, Aug. 3, at 7:30 nightly.

The Rev. Jimmy G. McCullough of Ways Grove Baptist Church will be guest pastor.

Invited churches include, Wednesday, Aug. 1 - Roberson Grove, St. Mary's, First Bynes Grove, Sardis First Baptist, Carswell Grove, Watkinsville, Bargeron Grove and Saulters Grove; Thursday, Aug. 2 - New Springfield, Beech Branch, Welcome, Green Grove and Thankful (Waynesboro); and Friday, Aug. 3 - Daniel Grove, Second Bynes Grove, Asbury UMC, Haven- Munnerlyn UMC, Bell Grove, Jobe Spring, Ways Grove, Thankful (Girard) and Friendship.

The church will celebrate its 109th anniversary Sunday, Aug. 5.

Dinner will be served.
