Miss Phillips to wed Mr. Morgan July 28

Mindy Phillips and Jimmy Morgan, both of Waynesboro, announce their engagement.

The wedding is planned for 4 p.m. Saturday, July 28, 2007, at First United Methodist Church in Waynesboro. A reception will immediately follow at the Wardlow building.

No invitations will be sent. All family and friends are invited to attend.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Nancy and Steve Penrow of Waynesboro and Barney and Carol Parnell of Goodlettesville, Tenn.

She is the granddaughter of the late Olin and Joanne Hudson of Grovetown and the late Daniel and Daisy Parnell of Waynesboro.

She is a 1999 graduate of Burke County High School and received a degree in medical assisting from Augusta Technical College in 2006.

She is currently a stay-at-home mom and also a bank teller for First National Bank of Waynesboro.

The bridegroom-elect is the son of Michael and Ann Morgan of Waynesboro and the grandson of Dolores and Stanley Morgan of Rome.

He is a 2000 graduate of Burke County High School and is currently employed as a maintenance technician by Austin Industrial in Augusta.
