Johnson, Ego to unite in marriage

Michael Lee and Linda A. Johnson of Kite proudly announce the engagement of their daughter, Latasha S. Johnson, to David W. Ego Jr., son of David and Sybil Ego of Interlachen, Fla., and Johnny and Kristin A. Lambert of Waynesboro. Latasha is also the daughter of the late Anthony W. Johnson of Wrightsville.

The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, at the Wardlow building, with a reception immediately following.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Lois H. Johnson and the late W. Frank Johnson of Swainsboro and Rochelle and the late William "Bill" Wrenn of Lexsy.

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Bernie and Frieda Andreu of Mt. Rest, S.C.
