Botsford

Botsford Baptist Church will celebrate its 234th Homecoming 11 a.m. Sunday, July 29.

Chetta Strings, a group of family musicians, will deliver the morning message in song, and dinner will follow the service.

McElmurray Tabernacle

McElmurray Tabernacle Baptist Church will continue summer revival services through Friday, July 27, at 7:30 nightly.

The Rev. John A. Lockhart will be guest pastor.

Also, the church will celebrate its 75th ushers anniversary 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5.

The Rev. Bobby Williams Sr. will deliver the message.

Corinth

Corinth Christian Church will hold Homecoming services 11 a.m. Sunday, July 29.

A covered dish dinner will follow.

Revival services will begin Sunday, July 29, and continue through Tuesday, July 31, at 7 nightly.

The Rev. Karen R. Zeigler, pastor of Hiltonia United Methodist Church, will be speaker, and Melvin Barnes and the Miracle Baptist Church choir will provide music on Sunday.

The public is invited.

Portersville Portersville Missionary Baptist Church will celebrate its 112th church anniversary Sunday, Aug. 5.

Sunday School begins 10 a.m. followed by worship service at 11:15.

The public is invited.

Second Hopeful

Second Hopeful Baptist Church will hold revival services Tuesday-Thursday, Aug. 7-9, at 7:30 nightly.

The Rev. J. O. Strowbridge, pastor of Franklin Covenant Missionary Baptist Church, will be guest minister.

Invited churches include Spring Hill, Noah's Ark, Antioch, Pleasant Grove, First Ebenezer, Franklin Covenant, Richmond Hill, Haven- Munnerlyn, Pine Hill, Keys Grove, Fellowship, Spring Grove, Doyle Grove, Bryant Grove, Saint Clair, Second Antioch, Brown Grove and Portersville Missionary.

All churches are asked to attend on the night of their choice.

Big Horse

Big Horse Creek Church will hold Homecoming services Sunday, Aug. 5, to celebrate 160 years.

Worship service will begin 11 a.m., followed by dinner.

Thankful Baptist Church will hold its annual Family and Friends Day 2 p.m. Sunday, July 29.

Westminster

Westminster Presbyterian Church will show the movie Akeelah and the Bee 4-6 p.m. Sunday, July 29, at the John I. Blackburn Worship Center, 4778 Quaker Road, Keysville. A discussion and "spell down" will follow the movie, and refreshments will be served.
