The following arrests and citations were reported last week by the Waynesboro Police Department:

Monday, June 25

• Michael Donnell McKinnie, 44, of 154 Salem Circle, Waynesboro, was arrested for willfully obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer and giving false identity information to law enforcement officers.

Tuesday, July 10

• Angelica Angel Rubio, 33, of 1244 Hwy. 80 West, Waynesboro, was arrested for no driver's license.

• Cornelius Damiano Bellamy, 24, of 725 Sixth St., Waynesboro, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license (second offense).

• Stephanie Patrice Osborne, 23, of 70 Magnolia Acres, Waynesboro, was arrested for shoplifting.

Wednesday, July 11

• Devonne Clayton Bell, 26, of 612 Woodland Terrace, Waynesboro, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license (first offense).

• Stefan Eastmead, 30, of 3659 Hwy. 24, Waynesboro, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license and on Richmond County warrants.

Thursday, July 12

• Hugh Dexter Rouse, 36, of 1202 Gresham Road, Keysville, was arrested for driving with a suspended, cancelled or revoked license.

• Veronica Antwonett Habersham, 18, of 103 Willow Spring Circle, Waynesboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Friday, July 13

• Ronald Keith March, 48, of 856 Blakeney St., Waynesboro, was arrsetd for criminal trespass and on a state court bench warrant.

• Keeley French Rusek, 30 of 1401 West Paces Ferry Road, Waynesboro, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license (first offense).

Saturday, July 14

• Willie Moore III, 27, of 708 Briarwood Drive, Waynesboro, was arrested for failure to stop at a stop sign, operating a vehicle with suspended, cancelled or revoked registration, fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer and driving with a suspended or revoked license (first offense).

Sunday, July 15

• John Oliver Jenkins Jr., 24, of 200 Yellow Town Circle, Waynesboro, was arrested for DUI, passing in a no passing zone, passing within 100 feet of an intersection or railroad crossing, no insurance, no driver's license and operating an unregistered or unlicensed vehicle. He was also arrested on a March 2007 charge of simple battery.

• Debra Boice Mobley, 40, of 116 Spring Valley Road, Waynesboro, was arrested for operating a vehicle with suspended, canceled or revoked registration.

Burke County Sheriff

The following arrests and citations were reported last week by the Burke County Sheriff's Office.

Friday, July 6 • Timothy Lee Rackins, 20, of 158 White Hall St., Apt. 1, Midville, was arrested by the Midville Police Department for theft by receiving stolen property. A $1,300 property bond was posted.

• Charles Edward Rackins, 25, of 158 White Hall St., Midville, was arrested by the Midville Police Department for theft by receiving stolen property.

• Tyrone Lorenzo Rackins, 25, of 158 White Hall St., Apt. 1, Midville, was arrested by the Midville Police Department for theft by receiving stolen property and probation violation.

Friday, July 13

• Rosena Council, 23, of 760 Sunset St., Sardis, was arrested by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation for aggravated assault. An $11,650 property bond was posted.

• Rodriquis Marquell Green, 17, of 122 Zack Lane, Waynesboro, was arrested for simple battery. A $1,300 property bond was posted.

• Carl Fredrick Fleming, 40, of 126 Lovers Lane, Waynesboro, was arrested for driving with a revoked or suspended license, no proof of insurance, operation of an unregistered vehicle and failure to maintain lane. A $3,062.50 property bond was posted.

Sunday, July 15

• Robin Lee Hill, 46, of 1520 Monte Sano Ave., Augusta, was arrested for DUI, driving with a revoked or suspended license, no proof of insurance and operating a vehicle with cancelled registration. A $3,987.50 property bond was posted.
