Good game

The team took first place in the Midget Boys league with their record of 11-1. Burke County's girls and boys baseball and softball leagues finished up their regular seasons last week, and recreation department athletic manager Corey Dent said the top players in each league have already begun All Star play. The local All Star Midget Boys, Mite Girls fast pitch and Mite Boys will play the top players from other recreation departments in the coming weeks. Standings for Burke County leagues are listed below.
