Mercer University

Participating in commencement ceremonies at Mercer University Saturday, May 12, were Jennifer Raborn, Baxter Jones and Suzanne Palmer. Raborn, who received a Bachelor of Science from the School of Engineering, is the daughter of Debbie Raborn of Vidette and the late Johnnie Raborn. Jones, the son of Melany and Russell Jones of Waynesboro, earned a Bachelor of Science. Palmer received a Bachelor of Arts and is the daughter of Nancy and Jeff Palmer of Waynesboro. The three, who are all 2003 graduates of Edmund Burke Academy, began their friendship 17 years ago as kindergarten classmates at EBA.
