Thomas Jefferson Braswell III Jeff and Gloria Braswell of Jasper, Tenn., announce the birth of their son, Thomas Jefferson Braswell III (T.J.), born Sunday, Feb. 18, 2007 at 4:56 p.m. He weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces. Grandparents are Eugenia Braswell of Waynesboro and Tommy and Joan Braswell of Harlem.
