Burke County Sheriff's Office The following arrests were reported last week by the Burke County Sheriff's Office: Tuesday, May 1 + Richard Frank Sandoval, 35, of 167 Pressley Lane, Hephzibah, was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer. Wednesday, May 2 + Jerry Lee Silvery, 52, of 2140 McElmurray Road, Hephzibah, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol for DUI, driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance. A $3,612.50 property bond was posted. + Jason Daniel Estep, 23, of 263 McBean Church Road, Waynesboro, was arrested for theft by taking (felony) and criminal trespass. + Calvin Edward Jones, 48, of 1154 Herman Lodge Blvd., Waynesboro, was arrested for four counts of deposit account fraud. + Takesha NaKay Patterson, 25, of Apt. 75 Magnolia Acres, Waynesboro, was arrested for simple assault (Waynesboro Police Department case). A $1,300 property bond was posted. Friday, May 4 + Jamie Dayon Boyd, 23, of 552 Murphy St., Midville, was arrested by the Midville Police Department for obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer (felony). Saturday, May 5 + Randale Lamar Washington, 21, of 913 Kingston Drive, Waynesboro, was arrested for DUI and reckless driving. A $2,600 property bond was posted. + Michael Dewayne Newton, 23, of 1785 Gay Road, Keysville, was arrested for driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), no proof of insurance, no license plate and giving a false name, address or date of birth to a law enforcement officer. |
