The way the cookie crumbles
Employees of First National Bank (FNB) of Waynesboro got out their aprons to help Wimberly House’s after school program. The bank staff personally donated everything from soccer balls to notebook paper to help fulfill the program’s Christmas wish list, then donated an additional $204 by baking cookies and selling them at their annual “Cookie Crunch” at Christmas on Liberty Square. Pictured, Nancy Minyard, right, accepts the check from Nan Palmer, FNB’s Community Relations Director.
