      Davison Hogan Davison Hogan recently visited the Nation's Capitol as part of the Georgia Electric Membership Corporation's 42nd Annual Washington Youth Tour. The one-week tour allowed Hogan the chance to visit U.S. Congressman John Barrow of the 12th Congressional District and learn about politics and government in Washington.
