After four quiet months, unruly teens caused another uproar in north Waynesboro. Police were called to McDonald's around 10 p.m. Friday when a crowd of approximately 100 took over the parking lot and restaurant. Waynesboro Police officers called for backup after the teens challenged orders to disperse and doused one officer with Sprite. More ... Georgia State Patrol troopers from the Sylvania Post investigated five accidents in Burke County last month. According to SFC S.D. Young, those accidents resulted in seven injuries and one death. According to a report filed at the Waynesboro Police Department, witnesses say they found the offender hiding in the bushes of their Kingston Drive home after they saw two other young black males driving their neighbor's golf cart.
