Franks wins big
Whitney Franks, third from left, recently showed cows at the National Brown Swiss Southeast Show where she won the Senior Showmanship Contest. In the showmanship contest, participants are judged on how well they present their animal and how well they are groomed. The contest was held at the North American International Livestock Expo (NAILE) in Louisville, Ky. Whitney also won the Senior Showmanship at the Georgia National Fair in both the Commercial Show and the Junior Dairy Show, winning scholarships in both. She also exhibited the winning class winners in the Winter Yearling and the Senior Three-Year-Old and finished ninth in the National Quiz Bowl Contest.
