Two men shot by unknown gunmen

      Two Waynesboro men were shot last week, but say they have no idea who pulled the trigger. Around 3 a.m. Saturday, John Oliver Jenkins Jr., 23, was shot through the shoulder in the old Camino Real parking lot. According to Investigator Bobbie Jockel of the Waynesboro Police Department, it happened while a large crowd from Club Paradise was gathered at Huddle House and the parking lot next door.

Girlfriend arrested in stabbing

      A Waynesboro woman was jailed for stabbing her boyfriend in the neck. Sherika Griffin, 22, who was implicated in the Nov. 1 attack, was arrested last Monday for aggravated assault and possession of a knife during the commission of a crime.
