Christy Godbee Mylar recently graduated with a master's degree of physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska in Ft. Walton Beach, Fla. She was also promoted to 1st Lt. in the WAF Graduation and Commissioning Ceremony. Mylar, a 1988 graduate of Burke County Comprehensive High School, is the daughter of Mary Godbee of Waynesboro and James Godbee of Sardis. She is the granddaughter of Ruby Barefield of Alexander. She and her family will be moving to her next assignment in Alamogordo, NM, in August. Ryan Brewer Ryan Julian Brewer graduated from South Georgia College on May 5, with an associate degree in nursing. He is employed as a critical care RN at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Brewer of Waynesboro. Steven Brewer Steven Cory Brewer graduated from Mercer University on May 13, with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is employed by Lamb and Braswell LLC in Macon.
