     Robert Jeffery Waddell was transported to the Medical College of Georgia after his truck collided with this tractor trailer traveling on Highway 56 South. Waddell ran the stop sign at Byne Sunshine Road in the early morning fog Friday, Aug. 5 and struck the rear of the tractor trailer. Johnny McCull
