Friday, July 2
·
Allen Renard Brown, 20, of 1408 Westgate Road, Waynesboro, was arrested
for driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Bonita Evans reported a domestic quarrel.
·
Charles Black Sr. reported damage to his parked vehicle.
·
Alvin Lambert III reported that someone struck him on the head with a
sharp object.
·
Vernell Gresham reported an unwanted guest.
Saturday, July 3
·
Anthony Paulson, 22, of 425 St. Clair Road, Keysville, was arrested for
shoplifting.
·
Matthew Rolland Jones, 18, of 425 St. Clair Road, Keysville, was arrested
for shoplifting.
·
Pamela Blackburn reported damage to her parked vehicle.
Sunday, July 4
·
Luis Armando Lujan, 33, of East Seventh St., Waynesboro, was arrested
for DUI, operating an unregistered or unlicensed vehicle, no driver’s
license and failure to maintain lane.
·
Latoya Cherice Bryant, 22, of 715 A St., Waynesboro, was arrested for
hit and run and driving while unlicensed.
·
Leroy Grandison Jr., 24, of 136 Mamie Joe Lane, Waynesboro, was arrested
for driving on a suspended or revoked license and expired tag.
·
Shalonda Amisha Roberson, 26, of 131 Mamie Joe Lane, Waynesboro, was
arrested for speeding and driving on a suspended or revoked license.
·
Big Willie Elmore, 37, of 200 Mills Road, Waynesboro, was arrested for
interference with police and disorderly conduct.

Helen Thomas reported a suspicious incident.

Ruby McCullough reported a missing cell phone.
Monday, July 5
·
Cynthia Elaine Simmons, 43, of 515 Bryant St., Waynesboro, was arrested
for shoplifting.
·
Thomas Edward Lewis Jr., 22, of 45 Magnolia Acres, Waynesboro, was arrested
for driving while unlicensed, defective equipment and probation violation.
·
A 15-year-old Waynesboro girl was arrested for criminal trespass.
·
A 14-year-old Waynesboro boy was arrested for simple battery.
·
Gary Desai of D.J. Petro reported that someone drove away without paying
for gas.
·
Betty Newsome reported a simple battery case involving two juveniles.

to children in the second degree.

Keith Fitzgerald Robinson, 21, of 553 East 7th St., Waynesboro, was arrested
for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
·
John Greiner reported the theft of two center caps from a rental vehicle.
·
Katherine Harrison reported having trouble with some juveniles.
·
Aquinta Burdette reported a case involving criminal trespass and harassing
phone calls.
·
Brandy Owens reported receiving harassing phone calls.
·
Kimberly Tatum reported that someone tried to start a fight with her.
Friday, July 9
·
Henry Russell Cooper, 39, of 186 Campbell Circle, Hephzibah, was arrested
for two felony counts of willfully obstructing or hindering a law enforcement
officer, DUI, failure to stop at a stop sign and inoperative brake lights.
·
James Cobb, 61, of 280 Salem Circl., Waynesboro, was arrested for simple
battery. A $375 property bond was posted.
·
Tana Lynn Godwin, 29, of 2115 Hephzibah-McBean Road, Hephzibah, was arrested
for operating an unregistered or unlicensed vehicle and driving on a
suspended license.
·
James Petro reported that someone tried to steal an air conditioning
unit from First Presbyterian Church.
·
Officer Emory Randolph reported a possible car break-in at Magnolia Acres.
·
Linzie Gilmore Jr. reported the theft of a bicycle.
·
Stacy Jackson reported a suspicious person.
·
Christopher Schugard reported a simple battery case.

Roger Smith, 26, of Savannah Avenue, Waynesboro, was arrested for interference
with police. Bond was set at $187.50.

Mingyarrtus A. Herrington, 19, of 907 Railroad Ave., Sardis, was arrested
for shoplifting.

Cpl. Bobbie Jockel reported assisting with a case involving an unruly
juvenile.
·
Tonya Flowers reported having trouble with several juveniles.

· Ronnie Ronald Mann, 44, of 741 Bargeron Road, Sardis, was arrested for
theft
by conversion. A $1,200 property bond was posted.
· Tara Snell of Waynesboro reported the theft of a vehicle and diamond
ring. The
vehicle was later recovered.
Tuesday, July 6
· Deputy Marc Coy and Cpl. Robert Wright reported responding to several
altercations
at Club Paradise. Although there were no arrests, officers are investigating
an incident involving obstruction and possession of alcohol by a minor.
·
Arthur Freeman of Big Daddy’s Night Club in Sardis reported the receipt
of a counterfeit $10 bill.
· Cpl. Ricky Wright reported assisting with a mental patient.
· Jackie Walker of Waynesboro reported the theft of her vehicle.
· Robert Baynham of Louisville reported a burglary.
Wednesday, July 7
· Jermaine Thomas Harrison, 30, of 81 Piney Grove Road, Midville, was
arrested by the Georgia State Patrol for possession of an imitation controlled
substance.
·
Tyrone Lamont Johnson, 28, of 1035 Canoochee Road, Swainsboro, was arrested by
the Georgia State Patrol for possession of an imitation controlled substance,
fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, speeding (78 mph in
a 55 mph zone) and no driver’s license.
· Birgit Melissa Paulsen, 30, of 207 Park Place, Statesboro, was arrested
by the Georgia State Patrol for possession of an imitation controlled substance
and
giving a false name, address or date of birth to a law enforcement officer.
· Dotsie Leathers of Waynesboro reported a missing vehicle tag.
· Deputy Matt Raulerson reported the recovery of a stripped, burned vehicle
off
Cates Mead Road.
· Deputy Gregg Stroud reported an abandoned vehicle on Hwy. 56 North.
· Arkesha Scott reported receiving harassing phone calls.
Thursday, July 8
· Mickey Ray Collins, 37, of 134 Tamm Road, Waynesboro, was arrested for
battery and criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act. A $7,200 cash bond
was posted.
· Charlie Frank Wimberly Jr., 37, of 1656 Susie Bailey Road, Waynesboro
was arrested (Waynesboro Police case) for simple assault under the Family Violence
Act.
· Joey Frazier of Waynesboro reported a criminal trespass case.
· Deputy Marc Coy reported a suspicious incident.
· Iris Oglesby of Waynesboro reported that someone cut her spark plug
wires.
· Deputy Mike Salemi reported the recovery of a vehicle on Coleman Young
Road that
had been stolen out of Vidalia.
Friday, July 9
· Pamela Wilson of Waynesboro reported receiving harassing phone calls.
· Felicia Burnett of Waynesboro reported the theft of a wallet from her
vehicle.
· Robert Lee Lewis of Waynesboro reported receiving harassing phone calls.
Saturday, July 10
· Edward Eugene Kitchens, 57, of 1495 Marks-Walden Road, Lot E, Hephzibah,
was arrested for driving on a revoked license, no proof of insurance, failure
to
yield when entering a roadway with an accident and expired decal. A $3,987.50
property bond was posted.
· Deputy Mike Salemi reported that a Sardis woman was slashed on the hand
and arm
with a box cutter.
· Shalonda Lewis reported a dispute.
· Nicholas Grant of Waynesboro reported a burglary.
· Deputy Dedric Smith reported finding an abandoned bicycle on Middleground
Road.
· Lateasha Ewing of Girard reported the theft of her vehicle.
· Lana Long reported the theft of a cell phone and clipboard. The items
were later
returned to her.
· Georgia Department of Transportation reported damage to some equipment
off Hwy
305 and the theft of two turnbuckles.
· Jimmy Crumbley of Waynesboro reported damaging his vehicle when he hit
a turkey.
Sunday, July 11
· Franklin Shelley Dixon, 19, of 1280-A Son DeLaigle Road, Waynesboro,
was arrested on a felony count of deposit account fraud ($500 or more) and simple
assault.
A $5,850 property bond was posted.
· Willie Evans, 55, of 204 Moten Circle, Keysville, was arrested for deposit
account
fraud.
·
Burke County EMA reported treating two men who were reportedly attacked while
walking on Farmers’ Bridge Road. One was stabbed in the arm with an unknown
object and the other was hit on the side with a baseball bat.
· Cpl. Robert Wright reported assisting a North Carolina woman.
·
Bruce Smith of Waynesboro reported that his neighbor’s goat damaged his
yard.
· Jason Stickney of Waynesboro reported being attacked on Old Waynesboro
Road by
several subjects with bats, brass knuckles and pepper spray.
· Robert McNair of Louisville reported a burglary.
· Lana Long of Hephzibah reported a criminal trespass case.
Monday, July 12
· Steve Mason of Keysville reported a missing tag decal.
· Willie Mims of Waynesboro reported a missing cell phone.
· Martha Flowers of Shell Bluff Country Store reported that someone drove
away
with the gas nozzle still in her car.
· John Barefield of Waynesboro reported a burglary.
· Burke County EMA reported receiving a 911 hang-up call.
·
Richmond County Sheriff’s Office reported the recovery of a stolen trailer
belonging to John Highsmith of Waynesboro.
