Jones, hereinafter Grantors, to Katherine
C. Mapp, hereinafter Grantee, dated

County Records; said Deed to Secure
Debt being given to secure a Note;

and accurate description of the metes,

To the best knowledge and belief of
the undersigned, the party in possession
of the property is Ruth Jones.
The Debt secured by said Deed to
Secure Debt has been and is hereby
declared due because of, among other
possible events of default, nonpayment
of the monthly installments on said
loan. The Debt remaining in default, this

with O.C.G.A. an election shall be
held in Burke County. The election will
be held on, July 15, 2008 a run-off, if

Voting between the hours of 7:00 a.m.
